Below are some frequently asked questions and answers about our services. If you need specific
help or your question isn’t answered here, you should contact us.
  • Who can apply?
    The programme is open to all citizens and legal residents of Nigeria and oversea.
  • How does CEEPSI Work?
    • 1. Identify business idea or key in to one of ideas.
    • 2. Register the business or we help you register the business name.
    • 3. Develop a business plan or buy an already developed business plan from CEEPS. Note that the business plan must be professionally prepared.
    • 4. After the training we issue a certificate. Then you are qualified for CEEPS Grant or Loan.
    • 5. If your business requires mentoring we will assign you to a mentor.
    • 6. We will release the money/goods/equipment based on need basis.
    • 7. If it is a grant you will be supervised for six months, then you are on your own.
    • 8. If it is a loan, you will start repayment one month after the business took off
    • 9. You will an MOU with CEEPS on the terms and conditions. You are on your way to own your business.
    • 10. After repaying the loan, this business becomes your own.
    • 11. For each business established through CEEPS must belong to CEEPS Cooperative
  • Is there an age restriction for applicants?
    Yes. Applicants must between ages 18-65 years old.
  • Is there a restriction on the types of business/industry?
    Yes. The programme is not open to research institutions, faith based organisations, value adding trading companies and government contractors. Businesses must not adversely affect the environment, lives and property. Business ideas must be for profit, and must be the original work of those making the submission.
  • Is there a restriction on the age of my business?
    Yes. All businesses must be business ideas or an early stage company, in the range of 0 to 3 years
  • How do I join the CEEPSI?
    Obtain our form for N2000, fill it and return to our office or during our training.
  • How do I obtain the form?
    Visit our office in person and pay a N2000, or pay to our bank account with UBA, Ceeps Nigeria Enterprise Account No. Naira: 1017181315, USD: 3001675165. Forward the details of the payment to us ceep.concepts@gmail.com or WhatsApp 08178752119. Note that the N2000 is non-refundable.
  • When is my registration completed?
    When you attend your first Training and your passport photo is taken at the training venue.
  • Do I need a business experience before becoming a member?
    No business experience is required, except you are requesting for business loan or grant.
  • Is there a restriction on the types of business/industry?
  • What level of education do I need before becoming a member?
    No education certificate is required but you demonstrate the ability to read and write.
  • What are the benefits of an incubator member?
    • Ability to start up a business
    • Ability to network with others
    • Ability to obtain a business grant
    • Ability to obtain a business loan
    • Ability to be trained by experts in the field of your business
    • Ability to receive business advice
  • What qualifies me for a business grant?
    • Complete and return the ceeps incubator’s form.
    • Attend our training and identify your choice of business
    • Obtain ceeps incubator’s certificate
    • Present a business name certificate
    • Present a business plan
  • What qualifies me for a business loan?
    • Present a certificate of ceeps incubator’s membership
    • Present the business name registration
    • Present the business plan not older than 3 years, with a five years plan.
    • Present the financial statements of the business for the last 3 years
    • Present the business assessments certificate
  • Where do Ceeps incubators get their funds from?
    We receive our money from foreign and government agencies as well as anonymous donors
